This coming week I will be tweeting and blogging from my State Conference. The 2011 Tennessee SHRM Conference & Expo will take place September 21, 22 and 23 at the Chattanooga Marriott Conference Center. I never knew 3 years ago, when I jumped into social media, I would soon be leading my local SHRM chapter down the twitter path to a conference? Tennessee is a little behind the social media adoption circuit. But, all hands are on deck at #TNSHRM as outreach continues to strike up conversations about the value of this new communications medium. I see leaders in Human Resources defining the way social media is being used in business. Not just as a marketing tool, but as a human resources tool. I hope there is much to talk about in Chattanooga.
